Wannii Mall is committed to ensuring a satisfying shopping experience for all our customers.
Requesting an Exchange/Return
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please submit an exchange/return request through the Wannii Mall website or mobile app within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Go to My Page > Order History.
2. Select the relevant order.
3. Click the Exchange/Return Request button and follow the instructions.
When submitting your request, please clearly state the reason for the exchange/return.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return
Exchanges/returns are accepted for reasons such as incorrect sizing or a simple change of mind. However, the following conditions must be met:
• The product's price tag, label, etc., must be intact and undamaged.
• The product must be unused and show no signs of wear.
• The product packaging (envelope, case, etc.) must be preserved in its original condition.
In cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries, Wannii Mall will bear the shipping costs.
Exchange/Return Shipping Fees
• For exchanges/returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.
• For exchanges/returns due to product defects or incorrect deliveries, Wannii Mall will bear the shipping costs.
Non-Exchangeable/Returnable Items
Exchanges/returns are not possible in the following cases:
• 7 days have passed since the product was received.
• The product's price tag, label, etc., have been removed.
• The product has been used or damaged.
• The product packaging (envelope, case, etc.) is lost or damaged.
• The product has been scratched or contaminated due to customer negligence.
• The packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged.
• The reason for the return is not stated.
Refund Information
Once the returned product arrives at Wannii Mall and passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
The refund method may vary depending on the payment method used.
